Dear friends,
Thank you for all your kind thoughts, prayers and wishes. We are happy to announce that Viola Anna Szakony was born on Friday, November 8th at 1:20 pm. She weighs 7lbs. 8oz. and measures 21 inches long. She was born at home, and we were able to have a natural water birth. It was a beautiful birth, and we are truly blessed with a tiny miracle of God's love.
The first week was full of wonderful firsts - and we were lucky to be able to share them with Grandma Sult. She generously offered to come and stay with us to help out last week, and we were very happy that she was here. The support that I have had throughout the pregnancy, during the birth, and still now, has been absolutely incredible. Bandi was so patient and loving throughout the pregnancy, but especially through the birth process. He was my strength and my repose. Whenever I thought that I could not go on any longer, he was there to soothe me and to encourage me. Viola and I cannot thank him enough for that. We are all blessed with angels in our lives!
